Choose between:
CITY SERVICE

   You are:
   a regular user and/or commuter

   an occasional user

• Regular ticket
  Cost: 1,00 €
  Validity: 60 minutes after validation
  For: People who occasionally use public transit (2 or 3 rides per year).
• Multiple hourly ticket - 8 rides
  Cost: 6,00 € (20% discount off regular ticket)
  Validity: 60 minutes after each validation
  For: People who use public transit sporadically, but regularly (one ride a week or month, or several rides per year).
• Double stretch hourly ticket
  Cost: 1,80 €
  Validity: 75 minutes after validation on trips that involve two stretches of travel
  For:: People who occasionally use public transit on urban systems that connect several towns, such as the following connections: S. Ilario-Reggio Emilia, Rubiera- Reggio Emilia, Albinea-Reggio Emilia.
• Multiple hourly ticket - 8 rides on two stretches of travel
  Cost: 10,80 € (20% discount off regular ticket)
  Validity: 75 minutes after validation on trips that involve two stretches of travel
  For: People who use public transit sporadically, but regularly (one ride a week or month, or several rides per year) on urban systems that connect several towns, such as the following connections: S. Ilario-Reggio Emilia, Rubiera- Reggio Emilia, Albinea-Reggio Emilia.

   a regular user and/or commuter

   an occasional user

Tickets can be purchased directly on board during weekdays (except when bus or train is very crowded) and all day long on Sundays and holidays.

Sales network

Establishing and maintaining good customer relations also means simplifying the way tickets are purchased and extending the sales network throughout the local area.

It is easy to get tickets:

• ACT ticket windows and official points of sale

Tickets can be purchased at ACT ticket windows or at any of our 517 official points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, newsstands)

• On-board buses and trains

In any case, tickets can be purchased (at a higher price) on-board buses and trains, as described above in this section.
