Telepark

Telepark is the convenient payment method that uses your cell phone to pay for parking.

Faster than “Scratch and Park” cards and less restrictive than a pass, Telepark solves the problem of needing cash to pay for parking. With just a simple phone call, you pay for only the actual time you park.

Instructions:

• When you arrive at a parking area where the Telepark service is available, look for the panel showing the 3-digit code for the area.
  
  
• Using your cell phone, dial 08.93.080.xxx, where xxx is the 3-digit code, and wait for voice confirmation, which will be: “Sosta attivata correttamente” (parking correctly activated).
  
  
• When you leave the parking area, you must deactivate parking: dial 08.93.080 (without the 3-digit code), press # and then hang up.
  

IMPORTANT: Before you can enjoy the advantages of Telepark, you must subscribe to the service.

How to subscribe to Telepark

To subscribe to the Telepark service, you must first buy an activation kit at any ACT-authorized sales outlet, at a cost of 2.50 €. Once you have your Parkcard:

• Scratch off the silvery coating on the back of the card to reveal the 4-digit PIN.
  
  
• Using your cell phone, dial 08.93.080 (the cost of the call will depend on your cell phone plan). Now, enter the 10-digit code on the front of the Parkcard followed by the 4-digit PIN shown on the back.
  
  
• Wait for activation to be confirmed.
  
  
• Place the Parkcard in the adhesive holder provided with the activation kit and affix the holder (with the picture facing outwards) on the windshield so that the parking inspector will know you are using the service.
  
  
• The Telepark service can also be activated on its website at www.telepark.it. Click on “Attiva ParkCard”

Recharging the card

The credit of 2.50 € contained in the Parkcard can be increased using Repark recharge cards, which are available in the following denominations: 10.00 € - 25.00 € - 50.00 €

After you purchase your Repark card:

• Scratch off the silvery coating on the back (as you do with a cell phone recharge card)
  
  
• Dial 08.93.080, follow the instructions and wait for confirmation that your card has been recharged.

IMPORTANT:

7.50 € will be deducted from the first recharge to cover the annual fee for system management.

Costs

Using the Telepark service does not increase the cost of parking, which remains the same as the amount charged on parking meters.

Activation and recharge are free-of-charge. An annual fee of 7.50 € is deducted from the first recharge.

Although the system is optimized to minimize the use of telephone time, the costs of all phone calls must be paid by the customer. These costs depend on the customer’s cell phone plan.
